The cause comes first
We don't patch a ceiling until we know why it got wet. If the fix is a trade we don't do, we say so and tell you who does.
We're a Diamond Bar ceiling and water damage repair company. We do one kind of job and we do all of it: find the leak, dry the ceiling properly, and rebuild it so you can't tell where the damage was.
When a ceiling gets wet, the job usually gets split up. A plumber fixes the pipe and leaves a hole. A dry-out company runs fans, cuts out wet drywall and leaves bare joists. A painter rolls over a stain that hasn't been sealed. Each one does their part, and the homeowner is left coordinating the gaps, often with a patch that still shows or a stain that comes back.
We built this business around closing those gaps. One crew takes the ceiling from the first drip to the final coat of paint, in the right order, with the paperwork to show what was done.
We're based on Pathfinder Road, and Diamond Bar is the only market we focus on. That matters for ceilings. The homes here follow a handful of patterns: 1960s houses on the north end, two-story tracts from the '70s through the '90s with bathrooms over the living areas, hillside homes with tile roofs that take the Santa Ana winds, and gated and condo communities with their own rules.
Knowing those patterns means we usually have a good idea where the water is coming from before the ladder comes off the truck, and we already know how the South Coast AQMD asbestos rules, the City's Building & Safety Division and the local HOAs affect the job.

Moisture readings decide when a ceiling is dry enough to close. You'll see the numbers.
A line-item estimate before work starts, and a written change order if we find something once the ceiling is open.
Floors covered, the room sealed off, and cleanup at the end of every day.
Texture matched and the whole ceiling repainted. We walk it with you in daylight before calling it done.
If a stain just needs sealing and paint, we'll tell you. If it needs more, we'll show you why.
Ceiling water damage often starts with work outside drywall. Here's how each part is handled:
